Ahhh… SUPERTONIC….
It cleans and burns it way through the body, cleansing everything out of it’s way that is an alien force!
Unlike most other flu remedies that taste absolutely horrible where you have to hold your nose and belly, just to get a swallow down, the super tonic actually feels good as it finds it’s way through your body.
Made of easy to find ingredients found at the local grocery stores or health food stores this is a MUST HAVE for every family that wants to avoid the swine flu…. and is a great natural remedy tincture to have on hand if you are like me, and really do not want to give the flu shot to your family
It takes two weeks for it to mature so it’s best to not wait till last minute to start making it.
Supertonic Recipe
You will need a gallon jar – preferably glass.
You will need a jug of cloudy (natural) apple cider vinegar (here’s 81 more ways of using this super-remedy and how to make it yourself)
and 2 cups of each of the following:
- horse radish
- garlic cloves
- ginger root
- white onion
- hot peppers(jalapeno,habanero)
Chop or dice each item.
Place the two cups of each item and some apple cider vinegar into the blender and chop. They do not have to be chopped very fine – just enough so that it is all kinda mixed together….and you don’t have to peel anything – it will chop just fine without peeling.
(Plus you will be straining it all later).
Pour each mixture into the gallon jar. Top off with vinegar, cover and let sit for two weeks…shaking once a day.
Keep the jar on the counter or at room temperature for those two weeks.
After the two weeks are up, strain the mixture into another jar. You may want to strain it a few times to get all the veggies and roots out.
Pour the tincture into small glass jars and keep refrigerated.
This natural flu remedy will last for a long time and is a great item to pack into a first aid kit or survival pack. Some folks don’t worry about refrigerating it at all, but I always do. one of my friends said they have had theirs last several years and it is still good.
Don’t throw the pulp away! Use it as salsa on your favorite foods. 🙂
It is a natural tonic so the dosage is up to you. A teaspoon is enough for most folks but it won’t harm you to take more. 🙂
Take the Supertonic and Stay Healthy!
